The SkillsFuture Festival aims to inspire Singaporeans to develop a passion for learning and pursue skills mastery.

Supported by a network of partners, the month-long festival brings about different facets of SkillsFuture and offers a myriad of unique experiential learning experiences for young learners, working professionals, and active agers at various locations across Singapore. Participants can look forward to a choice spread of panel discussion, workshops, talks, exhibitions, innovative learning and lifestyle events during this period.

SkillsFuture is a national movement to provide Singaporeans with the opportunities to develop their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points. Through this movement, the skills, passion and contributions of every individual will drive Singapore's next phase of development towards an advanced economy and inclusive society.

No matter where you are in life – schooling years, early career, mid-career or silver years – you will find a variety of resources to help you attain mastery of skills. Skills mastery is more than having the right paper qualifications and being good at what you do currently; it is a mindset of continually striving towards greater excellence through knowledge, application and experience. With the help of the Future Economy Council, education and training providers, employers, unions – you can own a better future with skills mastery and lifelong learning.

Your skills. Your asset. Your future.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It will drive and coordinate the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore.

SSG will strengthen the adult training infrastructure by taking on all existing functions of the Committee for Private Education (CPE) and the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) to enhance the capabilities and professionalism of adult educators. SSG will play a key role in the quality assurance for private education institutions and adult training centres. Together with educational institutions and training partners, SSG will ensure that students and working adults have access to high quality, industry-relevant training throughout life. SSG will also bring together synergies in continuing education and training (CET) and pre-employment training (PET), so skills requirements will continue to meet the demands of different sectors of the economy.

Launched in 2013, the Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) is one of two Continuing Education and Training campuses (CET) by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). As a vibrant adult-learning campus, LLI serves as a gateway for in-demand skills training and professional upgrading programmes.

We support:
- Our workforce in their progression and capability development needs
- Employers to address their manpower needs
- CET providers to deliver best-in-class training programmes

We support our workforce in their progression and capability development needs, employers to address their manpower needs and CET providers to deliver best-in-class training programmes.

The Lifelong Learning Council (LLC) is a community-led council that was appointed by the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills), and supported by SkillsFuture Singapore.

Made up of leaders from both the private and public sectors, the council aims to inspire and drive community-led initiatives in promoting lifelong learning. The council also fosters partnerships by integrating efforts across communities, employers, unions, education and training providers, trade associations and the Government, to make learning more pervasive in Singapore.
